Must necessary supplement for better body. 1) Multivatims= (most important) buy from healthkart website. 2) whey protein 3) green tea extract or u can drink 2 cups of green tea (it will help u loose unwanted fat on belly or stomach area and keeps you leans Food to take Morning = (A) oats meal 1 cup ( add hot milk in oats) (B) 1 scoop of whey protein (C)5 eggs ( with 2 slices of brown bread) Total calories intake in morning= 700 Total protein= 50 grams Total fats. = 30 grams Lunch = (A)brown rice100grams ( mix small amount of white rice into brown) (B) 4 eggs or chicken 100 gm (C)salad( tomato, cucumber, broccoli, carrots etc) Total calories= 320 Total fat. = 19 Total protein= 40 Dinner = (A)1 scoop of casein protein( before you sleep)  it tastes good believe me😂 (B) add salads (C) brown bread with peanut butter (around 8 or 8.30pm don't eat this when you planning to sleep) Total calories= 630 Total fat. = 30grams Total protein = 43 grams. Gross total of nutrient value intake Total calories in a day= 1550 Total fat in a day. = 112 Total protein in a day = 154 When to take multivitams After breakfast= (1 tablet multivitamins) After dinner = (1 tablet) When to take green extract or green tea Early morning when you wake up When to take whey protein 1 scoop in morning after lunch or before 1 scoop after some sort of workout like ruuning, walking, or gyming.

I believe anyone can acheive a good physique. Every person is special in their own kind of way. Just a little consistency in gym and diet can make you feel better.
